What do I do if I have an emergency after hours and need to contact someone?

When should I place my order?

Generally, equipment reservations should be placed as soon as you know the details of your event to ensure the availability of your desired rental items. A deposit is required to guarantee your items.

What is the payment policy?

You must pay a 30 percent deposit to confirm your rental booking. The remaining balance should be paid prior to delivery.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel an already-booked reservation seven days before your delivery, you agree to forfeit your 30 percent deposit which will be used as a cancellation fee.

Do you deliver? If "YES" What's the delivery fee?

Yes, we deliver and pickup. The first 50 miles from our location the delivery fee is $60, and after it's 50c a mile. If you like to pick items up at our showroom, items cannot be picked up in an open bed vehicle. Your vehicle must be enclosed and large enough to securely hold the items you are renting. There is NO exception to this.

How to make a reservation on this site?

While visiting laborenterprise.com, select rental, then date for the event, and you can add products/items to your cart to create a reservation online. Just add products like you would on a normal store and then checkout. For immediate assistance, please call us at 301-806-1595.

How much space do I need to have a tent safely set up in my yard?

You will need a 30ft x 40ft space to safely set up
